Shipping Information
All orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Please note that online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays. The ETA's are calculated based on shipping times from when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery is stated in business days, and orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Please note, Koukla Designs is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick.
Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, your currier will attempt re-delivery. If currier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by curriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
Returns
Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 30 days from delivery, this resolution applies if;
The item does not fit you
You are not satisfied with the quality
Or you have simply changed your mind.
Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:
The item is unworn and in original conditionwith all the tags still attached
The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
The item is returned to us within 30 days from delivery
The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
A receipt and proof of purchase is available
Koukla Designs reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Koukla Designs.
